Vicky is an experienced consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach with over fifteen years’ experience working across different sectors including nuclear, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, engineering and care. With experience spanning the full HR spectrum she has expertise in the areas of change management, organisation & people development and leadership & management development.
She loves working with clients to translate their business strategy into simple effective people solutions. Some examples include the development of leadership programmes, competency frameworks and career development frameworks. With a pragmatic approach and boundless energy, she enjoys the challenge of delivering tangible outcomes and facilitating cultural change to achieve improved business performance.
Previously she has held a number of diverse strategic and operational senior HR roles in the nuclear and aerospace industries.
Vicky is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and has a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management. She’s an accredited NLP practitioner, NLP coach, career coach and is qualified in a range of psychometrics including Myers Briggs, Firo-B, TKI, Strong and Belbin.
